Our return and refund policy

At my-xtens we understand that things don't always go according to plan. You can return your items to us within 30 days as long as they are undamaged .

The belt cannot be returned if it has come into contact with skin or has been sweated on. For this reason, during the 30-day test phase, the belt should be worn on a T-shirt without gel. The T-shirt must be moistened with water at the electrode locations.

Please note that for environmental reasons we do not offer free returns. After receiving the return, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be made according to the selected payment method and can take up to 7 days . For more information, see our cancellation policy.
